Manifesting March: Embracing an Abundant Mindset (+ Free Wallpaper Download)

We’re nearly three months into the new year. How are those New Years' resolutions coming?

New life goals don’t have to begin at the start of the new year. You can start manifesting at any moment.

So, we’ve got a challenge for you this month: make March dedicated to manifestation

What Is Manifestation?

In the simplest terms, manifestation is putting your intention towards something that you hope will happen, then watching it happen in real life. 

In other words, if you think it, you’ll make it come true.

"I like to look at manifestation as just a fancy word for being a creative force in your own life," says Natalia Benson, a women's empowerment coach and astrologer who uses manifestation with clients. Essentially, manifestation is creating your life as you would like it to be, she says.

Maybe you’ve heard the phrase, “You can do anything you put your mind to.” That’s what manifestation is. 

It’s not magic, it’s just a change in where you place your focus and how you think and talk about yourself and your life. 

"It's really powerful when we become aware enough to say: this is something I'd really like to experience in my life," Benson explains. "Let's say it's a job or a relationship or an amount of money or a feeling in your body. Manifestation is really about understanding what it is that you want for your own life experience, and then creating those outcomes."

Why Manifest Abundance?

There are a variety of things you can manifest. But before getting specific, you need to build a positive foundation. With an abundance mindset, you can build this foundation. 

An abundance mindset helps you manifest anything you want because it starts with a deep belief that you are enough, that you have enough, and that you’re deserving of the things you have in your life.  

Abundance is about a lot more than money. It’s joy. It’s laughter. It’s gratefulness.

It’s a strong feeling of security and confidence in yourself. A belief that you already have everything you need to be successful. That anything you want is available to you. 

Here’s How to Manifest Anything with an Abundant Mindset

Step 1: Be Clear on What You Want 

If you don’t know what you want, the universe can’t help you and you won’t be clear in the decisions you make. The first step to manifesting with an abundance mindset is to decide what you want.

Here are some short examples:

  1. I am worthy of what I desire.
  2. I have everything I need to be successful.
  3. I am grateful for the positive things in my life.
  4. I am open to limitless possibilities.
  5. I achieve whatever I set my mind to.
  6. I am smart, capable, and talented.
  7. I believe in myself.
  8. I am my best source of motivation.
  9. I am creative and open to new opportunities.
  10. I am worthy of love and fulfillment.
  11. I am confident in my own skin.
  12. I am loving and lovable.
  13. I am compassionate with others and myself.
  14. I attract loving and positive people into my life.

Or even consider some based in SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound) goals to get really specific about what you want. 

Here are a few examples:

  • I will sign the offer letter to accept my dream job at a non-profit cancer research organization by May 15, 2022.
  • I will move into my 2,000 square foot beachfront condo in Orange County, CA by September 1, 2023.

Step 2: Concentrate on How You Want to Feel and Who You Want to Be

Imagine that you could reach out and grab your ideal version of yourself and bring it into your body. 

We don’t manifest what we want, we actually manifest who we are being. Think of the person you want to become and live your life like you already are that person.

Dress for the position you want? Act as the person you want to be!

Step 3: Take Intentional Actions That Align with Who You Want to Be

If you want love, a career, or to write a book – you have to be a version of yourself that makes it happen. Take actions that align with who you want to be. 

Manifestation is powerful, but it isn’t enough. It’s a mindset to keep you going.

You need to be who you want to be right now through your thoughts, beliefs, and energy. You are either living from current circumstances and making decisions based on what’s happening now, or you’re a person making decisions based on where you intend to be.

Step 4: Be Patient, Persistent, Receptive, and Grateful 

Big dreams don’t happen overnight, so once you make your ask and begin to take action, be patient and be receptive to the good things around you.

The actions you take don’t matter as much as your belief and trust in yourself and fate.

An abundance mindset is about looking for gratitude in every moment, so practice acknowledging the things you do receive and already have, even if it’s not exactly what you thought you’d receive. 

Everything happens in its own time, and the more you can focus on the good things you have in your life, the more good things will come your way and the more you’ll change your mindset.

Manifesting requires time, energy, action, and unlearning a lot of bad habits.

  2. Click the Windows icon on the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Settings > Personalization.
  4. Click on Background.
  5. Set the dropdown to Picture and click Browse beneath the images that appear.
  6. Select the downloaded file.
  7. Look at the wallpaper and repeat the affirmation aloud 3 times daily.
