I bought both this one and the self care planner, and I think I might like this one a little more, however they are really for different things! I like that this one is separated into days and that more than prompts they feel like little activities. I already feel a difference in my attitude and am starting to feel like myself again. Just buy it!! :)
I love that everyday has a different prompt. Some of the prompts are so empowering and uplifting! It’s such a great book to keep your spirits up!
I really like the 100 day Positive Thinking Journal. I am going through a hard time right now and this journal has been helping me stay positive. I am starting to learn alot about myself and how I need to put me first. I am looking forward to also using the Self Care Planner and how to start a Vision Board.
I had been looking at this planner and just one day decided to go on and get it and it has been so much fun sitting in the floor and dreaming of all the things that will be coming to me soon
