Tip #1: Practice the art of grounding yourself to manifest.
Grounding as a practice is beneficial to you mentally, physically, and spiritually. The method of grounding helps you keep your physical body connected with your energy.
According to Doug Buckingham, a professional in Hypnosis and Regression Training and crystal healer, “Why we need to be rooted/grounded is because it is both vital physical/energetic/mental health practice, and because the more grounded/rooted we are, then the more easily we can manifest. Some people associate the term manifestation with money, however it’s really much more about the whole of life than money in particular. Manifestation is about living the life you want to, and whilst money may be a facilitator of some of that, equally we all know it doesn’t buy you love, friends or family. When you are grounded, you are invariably in the flow of life, and that makes manifesting your reality a whole lot easier.”
Tip #2: Protect the energy around new ideas.
When new ideas flood your mind, the first thing you want to do is share that idea with your friends and family. But it’s in the early stages that the energy and intentions around these ideas should be most protected. Why?
Because when you release them, you power down. You lose the energy and momentum to want to manifest. This is why journaling is always beneficial because you toss ideas back and forth with yourself but the excitement is contained.

Tip #4: Your self care is just as important as the work you put into manifesting.
You can’t put energy into manifesting on an empty battery. Take care of yourself with self care so that you are well and ready to make it happen. It’s best to cycle through different types of self care depending on your body’s needs at the time. For example, if you’re exhausted, a nap is a form of self care that may be best for you whereas running or doing a physical activity might be the best form of self care for someone who is feeling restless.

Tip #5: Don’t “one and done” your vision board. Refresh when necessary.
Some visions aren’t done baking when you first make your vision board. Over time, you might find your vision shifting or redefining itself, so it’s important to make sure your vision board is caught up with those changes. You have to be visualizing in the right direction.
