This is my 3rd year buying the self-care planner and it has helped me keep on track. The layout fits my level of using a daily planner. I would like more space to write more details about my thoughts and actions taken each week. Thank you for your vision. I also have the vision checks, coloring book and one other item but it isn't something used daily.

I work in a very tough position and sometimes it can be traumatizing or cause secondary trauma. I needed something to help me keep and schedule self care. I believe this is it. Doesn’t have the dates attached to weekdays (not a calendar) like many other planners which, in fact, makes it more flexible to use. • This planner is worth the price because you can tell a lot of thought went into the design: it is made in the US, it uses high-quality sustainable materials • Monthly reflection section is something most planners out there are missing yet this one has and I do think it might have something to do with the brand itself: most countries don’t have the mentality to math your goals to check whether you are on the right path or not. Love it! • Water intake tracking – this is crucial to me because I need to drink as much water as possible as it helps to keep my skin fresh. • Breakfast, lunch and dinner tracking which is also important because it helps to keep in mind not to overeat heavy food and feel exhausted at the end of the day. • Gratitude section is hugely beneficial to me as I prime for a minute every single morning and this would allow me to take notes of the most important aspects of my daily priming session. • Plenty of space to paste some favorite stickers and make the pages brighter. This planner is something I consider getting as a gift for one of my best friends because she just had her 2nd baby and she once mentioned she was struggling with time-management and eating habits, and I do believe this is going to be beneficial for her personal growth to start tracking her daily and weekly habits in order to get in the same mental and physical shape as she was before the baby.

This year I wanted to work on being more positive and self growth. So I ordered this journal for Christmas. I love that it makes you aware of who you are now and helps measure your growth after the 100 days. I love the quotes inside. They are little inspiration notes for every day!!

This self care planner is everything!! I love how organized it is and how it helps me to create goals for myself, along with practicing gratitude. If you are working on creating more self care routines, you need this planner!
