Break out the bubbly and don your sparkliest attire! It’s nearly 2022, but more importantly it’s nearly not 2021.

There’s something that happens with the passing of one year into the next. It may be something in the air or a universal truth that we all somehow feel that lets us know it’s time for something new. It’s okay to embrace change for ourselves.

It’s easy to get caught up in the here and now and the "new year, new me" talk. Things may be hard, we may not be where we want to be, or we may feel like we’re failing in some ways.

So as we move into the new year, consistently speaking gratitude to ourselves or writing them into a journal and into the world is an important thing to practice.

Facing Challenges

We can never know what the future holds. Life can be ever-shifting and uncertain, and change can be hard - even when it’s change we want.

When facing a challenge, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and like giving up. After all, given what we’ve seen in the past couple years, life can get pretty hairy. These are the times when it’s most important to keep going, though!
