Custom Charm Bracelets, Necklaces, Brooches & Earrings
Because each custom jewelry piece is made to order, they are not returnable for refunds.
They may only be approved for store credit if:

Broken or Damaged Charms
If your charm arrives broken, damaged, or missing a connector, we’ll replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery.

If your charm breaks after you’ve started using it, we’ll review it for a replacement or store credit under our Charm Care Promise — as long as the damage isn’t caused by wear, drops, water or bending.
This coverage applies for 15 days after delivery.
Charm Care Promise
Every Lovet charm is crafted with care and intention — but we know life happens. Our Charm Care Promise ensures that if something goes wrong within 15 days of delivery, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Custom jewelry and used charms are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit if returned unused and in original condition.
Received a damaged or defective item?

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us at help@lovetplanners.com within 7 days of delivery and include a few photos of the issue.
No need to ship it back — we’ll review and send a replacement or store credit once verified.
Do you offer refunds?
Of course! We'll happily refund your purchase of our Lovet Books or Journals, excluding the original shipping/handling fee of $6.95. Just ensure you request it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please remember, digital products aren't eligible for refunds and charms have their own return policy.
How do I kick off a return?
It's simple! Start your return here. Once you do, you'll have 30 days from the day you received your order to send the product back. We'll send over a shipping label and guide you through our straightforward return process.
What's the scoop on your refund policy?
A few things to note:

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We can’t issue refunds to alternate accounts or checks, but if there’s a payment issue, our team can offer store credit instead.

Products must be in their original, unused, and sellable condition and packaging — no marks, tears, or signs of wear. Used/opened products are not eligible for returns.

Custom charm bracelets, necklaces, brooches, and earrings are made to order and not refundable, but may qualify for store credit if unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.

Digital products are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.

The original $6.95 shipping fee isn’t refundable. If you received free shipping, a $6.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once you initiate your return, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label and guide you through the process.
Returning a bulk order of planners/notebooks?
For those sizable orders of 10 or more planners/notebooks, there's a 25% restocking fee that'll be taken from your refund.
Had free shipping and now returning?
Yep, there's a $6.95 return fee that'll be deducted from your refund, even if you enjoyed free shipping initially.
Want to swap out an item?
No problem! You can request an exchange within 30 days of getting your order. Start your return here and then reach out to us to set up the exchange.
How's the exchange dance go?
Once we get your item and give it the all-clear (no tears, damage, or doodles), you'll get store credit to snag the product you've got your eye on. Just a heads up, standard shipping fees are on you.
And the return rhythm?
When we receive your return at Lovet Planners and it passes our quality check, expect a refund to your original payment method in about 3-5 business days (bank/card times vary).
