🌟 Processing & Shipping

How long before my order ships? 

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom pieces like charm bracelets or necklaces may take 5–7 business days to create and process before shipping.

During peak holiday season (October–January), processing times can extend by a few extra days due to higher order volumes — thank you for your patience while we pack everything with care!

 

Charm Shipping Pause (October 21–November 5)

Charm orders placed between October 21 and November 5 will begin shipping on November 6, once our new inventory is ready.
Orders containing books, apparel, or merchandise will continue to ship normally during this time.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska? Deliveries to these states might take a bit longer, currently around 15 days post-warehouse departure.

Shipping options? We offer standard USPS shipping at $6.95 for orders under $50. For a faster delivery, consider upgrading to UPS Ground (if available).

Free shipping details? To enjoy free shipping, your order subtotal should be $50 or more, excluding shipping costs.

International shipping? Currently, we only ship to the continental US. Stay tuned for more international options!


🌟 Returns & Exchanges

Refund policy? Sure thing! Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can request a refund for our books/journals, minus the original shipping cost. Digital items, given their nature, are non-refundable.

 

What about custom charm bracelets, necklaces, brooches, and earrings?

Because each custom piece is made to order, they are not returnable for refunds.

They may only be approved for store credit if they are completely unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.

How to initiate a return? Start your return here. Remember, products should be in their original condition for eligibility.

Bulk returns? For returns of 10 or more planners/notebooks, a 35% restocking fee applies.

Exchanges? We don’t offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, simply request a refund for your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you want.


 

 

🌟 Charms & Jewelry

What if my charm arrives broken or damaged?

If your charm arrives damaged or missing a connector, we’ll replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery.


Email help@lovetplanners.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and the packaging.


What if my charm breaks after I’ve been using it?

If your charm breaks within 15 days of delivery, we’ll review it for a replacement or repair under our Charm Care Promise, as long as the damage isn’t from wear, drops, or bending.


Send us an email with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll take care of it.


Can I return my charm?

Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused charms in their original packaging.


Used charms or items missing parts aren’t eligible unless they arrived damaged.


What is your Charm Care Promise?

Every Lovet charm is crafted with care and intention — but we know life happens. Our Charm Care Promise covers your charm for 15 days after delivery for any manufacturing defects or unexpected issues.


How should I care for my charms and jewelry?

Our charms are made from 18k gold plating, stainless steel, brass, and premium alloy, all chosen for their look and quality. To keep them beautiful:

  • Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products.
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Store them in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

Some materials (like brass) may develop a soft patina over time — this is natural and adds to their character.


Will my jewelry tarnish?

Our 18k gold-plated charms are tarnish-resistant with proper care.

Only solid gold is fully tarnish-proof (no matter what other brands say), but with a little love and care, your pieces will stay beautiful for a long time.

Where else can I find these planners? Our planners and kits are exclusive to LovetPlanners.com or our Amazon storefront (sold exclusively by LOVET PLANNERS ONLY).

Order cancellations? Orders are quickly processed for fulfillment. That means that cancellations aren't possible during certain periods, we're here to assist with returns if needed.

Wholesale or bulk discounts? Our wholesale program is in the works! For now, sign up for our newsletter and enjoy a 10% discount. Periodic sales are also available for our subscribers.


🌟 Planners

When can I start using the planners/books/journals? Dive in whenever you're ready! Our books are 100% UNDATED so you aren't tied to a specific year. Fill in the months, dates, and year as you go.

Where are these planners crafted? Designed with love in Los Angeles, California, made in both the USA and our factory around the world.

Shipping origins? We're LA-based, but our products journey to you from our warehouse in Wisconsin. If you order charm/related charm products, that ships from our Los Angeles location. 

 

🌟 Afterpay

What's Afterpay? It's a service that lets you shop now and pay in four installments every two weeks, interest-free.

Eligibility for Afterpay? If you're 18 or older and reside in the US, you're good to go! For detailed terms, click here.

Order processing with Afterpay? Your order processes and ships just like any other, even if you choose Afterpay.
